Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Diagnose refractive errors and prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses.
- Detect, diagnose, and manage common eye diseases and visual disorders.
- Prescribe medications within the scope of professional practice.
- Educate patients on eye health, vision care, and preventive measures.
- Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other healthcare professionals when specialized treatment is required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.
