About the Role The operator serves as the focal point for shift activities, ensuring effective communication through timely responses, constructive feedback, and thorough handovers to the next or regular shift. Additionally, they are responsible for executing assigned tasks to maintain product quality and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injuries, and ill health. What You'll Do
- Loader
- Loading disks into mandrel
- Push the loaded rack to Plating line
- Do correct binning into insight system
- Fill up loading checklist and loader startup checklist
- Maintain good housekeeping at work area
- Lab
- Do routine lab sampling and resample for any out of control parameter
- Do Plating line pretreatment make up and strip line make up
