About this role
About the Role We are seeking an Operativni Teholog to organize work on production lines or groups of machines, start lines and equipment, ensure a smooth production flow, set up and adjust lines and devices, replace tools and optimize basic parameters. You will train, motivate and supervise workers, perform preventive maintenance, and document operations in line with technical, technological, quality and work documentation. The role also includes data entry into the information system and occasional coverage of production staff. What You'll Do
