About the Role The Operations Technical Training Senior Coordinator will organize and deliver training across the organization, assess training needs with department heads, and develop targeted programs to close skills gaps while supporting quality, health, safety and environmental standards in manufacturing in the United Arab Emirates. What You'll Do
- Organize training for staff within organization.
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with head of the departments.
- Develop individual training programmes that meet identified skills gaps through training needs assessment.
- Plan, direct, and deliver training and development programmes including staff inductions to accomplish the organization’s goals.
- Update and maintain individual training records; create training materials.
- Maintain QA/QC records and material traceability; attend QA/QC meetings and prepare meeting notes.
