About the Role The Operations Supervisor oversees a team at the Curtis Bay plant in Baltimore, MD, ensuring safe and efficient operation of assets, equipment and processes. This role provides leadership aligned with the mission, vision, and strategy, and works with team members to ensure timely operations using safe work practices. What You'll Do
- Supervises employees in the specialty chemicals manufacturing plant.
- Ensures regulatory compliance, including environmental and process safety, and champions a safe workplace for all employees.
- Addresses hazards, deviations, and injuries in a timely manner.
- Directs response to emergency situations to include emergency shutdown procedures.
- Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
