About this role
About the Role Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor leads one of our night shift operations teams, overseeing end-to-end production, labour and performance on shift while ensuring safety and food quality. You’ll be part of a team with a long history of producing iconic breakfast cereals in Australia.
What You'll Do
- Direct and guide operators and their activities for your assigned area during the night shift.
- Ensure adherence to standard work processes and Kellogg work systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of plans and policies to ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure production lines operate within guidelines such as Safe Food NSW and GMP.
- Conduct training and develop capability of employees to achieve optimal skills on shift.
