About the Role JAS is seeking an Operations Specialist to improve operation accuracy and efficiency by daily reporting, root-cause analysis, and reconciliation of documents and discrepancies between customer and company systems. This role focuses on coordinating transportation documents and ensuring smooth operations across bookings and hub activities. What You'll Do
- Consolidate documentation for Operations and Transportation (booking, BL, pre-advices, loading confirmation)
- Manage import/export bookings per booking log, coordinate with Customer Services and JAS origin station, maintain routing guide
- Ensure compliance with executive co-loader policy; review and measure co-loader performance
- Responsible for accurate hub billing and job costing
- Monitor cost leadership for cost of sales and perform rate analysis
- Monitor allocations and operation efficiency
