About this role
Your responsibilities
- Operations Support (Sales, Logistics, Finance)
- Support the sales and operations team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist in preparing and updating reports related to sales performance, vehicle pipeline, registrations, stock and deliveries
- Help monitor logistics flows, including vehicle arrivals, transfers, handovers and delivery status follow-up
- Support coordination with internal departments and external partners such as agents, logistics providers and finance partners
- Assist in verifying documentation, data accuracy and process compliance in operational workflows
- Help track key business indicators and identify inconsistencies or issues requiring follow-up
- Provide support in the preparation of presentations, internal summaries and ad hoc analyses for management
