About the Role Join a brand-new startup operation in North Dakota as an Operations Manager to help build the facility from the ground up. You will lead a team, establish processes, and drive safety and operational excellence from day one. This role blends people leadership with process design in a fast-paced logistics environment. What You'll Do
- Lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery and safety.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Launch and scale a brand-new facility in North Dakota, building a strong team and culture. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of logistics experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- P&L, KPI and project management experience preferred.
