About the Role Lear is launching its second plant and first Greenfield facility in Bizerte, Tunisia. The Operations Manager will oversee Production, Maintenance, and Launch to drive operational excellence and ensure successful model introductions within a global manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Oversee and optimize production, maintenance, and launch operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of new product launches using APQP/PPAP principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, throughput, first-pass yield, and equipment uptime.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
