About the Role The Operations Manager will oversee all operational services for the Government & Defense branch, including Imports/Exports via Air and Ocean, and may encompass warehousing and customs brokerage oversight. The role supports branch operational excellence and product initiatives while driving operational, financial, and compliance objectives.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical understanding of operational functions to ensure compliance with JAS processes and governmental standards.
- Meet company and customer KPIs and manage KPIs through operational and financial dashboards.
- Manage operations distribution and workloads to meet client and contractual needs.
- Maintain awareness of key import/export lanes and related processes/requirements.
- Work with operations, sales, warehousing, and sales support teams to achieve targets and budget.
