BXFROX, a growing premium fashion brand, is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Operations Lead to coordinate day-to-day business activities — ensuring orders, production, inventory, dispatch, documentation, and team workflows are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Monitor customer orders from confirmation through production, dispatch, and delivery
- Coordinate with production to ensure orders are completed within agreed timelines
- Track production schedules, delivery dates, pending orders, and delays
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of operational records and reports
- Monitor stock levels, raw materials, finished products, and production requirements
- Identify stock shortages and communicate procurement needs promptly
