About this role
Overview: We are hiring an Operations Lead for a Hybrid role in Lagos in the financial services sector. Salary ₦150,000 fixed per month, with quarterly performance bonuses and annual bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations & lead the sales team.
- Drive client acquisition and expand our customer base.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Build strong client relationships & ensure retention.
- Improve operational processes and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum of National Diploma, Bachelors degree will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial and ethical banking business operations.
