About the Role The Operations Director oversees production and manufacturing at the Deland, Florida plant (250+ associates). This on-site leader will develop processes to maximize safety, quality, productivity, and followership across Manufacturing Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering, and Materials, reporting to the VP Operations North America and Energy+. What You'll Do
- Drive activities intended to achieve annual Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets through effective use of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools including but not limited to the efficient execution of Daily Management and KPI action plan development.
- Build a Winning Team by performing supervisory activities, including recruitment and selection, training and development, coaching, and administering performance and salary review processes for direct reports.
