About the Role The OCC Supervisor provides real-time leadership and operational oversight for the Operations Control Center team and facility, managing the designated shift and ensuring safe, accurate monitoring and control of renewable energy assets to maximize generation and efficiency, while adhering to contractual obligations and NERC standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise & Schedule: Oversee OCC Operators during your shift, manage the 24/7 multi-person crew schedule, and step in as the active supervisor or Level II Operator when needed.
- Train & Support: Mentor staff on operational guidelines, processes, and safety procedures, providing technical guidance to resolve system performance issues.
