Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to potential clients (offices, hospitals, schools, hotels, estates)
- Build a prospect database and reach decision-makers (facility/HR/admin heads)
- Schedule site visits, follow up on leads, close deals
- Conduct site inspections, document with photos/reports, flag issues
Monthly Targets:
- 20 qualified prospects
- 8 decision-maker contacts
- 4 site visits
- weekly QA & activity report
What You Need:
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with WhatsApp, Sheets, Word, email
- Able to move around Lagos; self-starter
