Job title: Operations Accounting Supervisor
About the Role The Operations Accounting Supervisor oversees the plant accounting close for Baystar's 4 production units, including production cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing accuracy at the bill of materials level, and the upkeep of material master data in SAP. The role also requires preparing and distributing related financial reports and maintaining strong internal controls. The ideal candidate is a mentor and leader who can assign tasks, monitor performance, and partner with Plant Operations & Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, FP&A, and IT. A minimum of manufacturing accounting experience and expert knowledge of the ethylene-to-polyethylene conversion process is required.
