About the Role
As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will support Cartier's SPI program to automate and optimize end-to-end processes and enable real-time insights into business performance. Under the guidance of our Operational Excellence Engineers, you will leverage Celonis to drive efficiency, lead tool adoption across business teams, and keep our department at the forefront of technological enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Process Mining & Improvement (Celonis): Deep dive into Cartier’s Supply Chain Execution to understand end-to-end processes; develop, maintain & improve Celonis assets.
- Community Management & Tool Adoption: Drive and animate the Celonis user community to foster tool adoption, raise awareness to trigger new business needs and inform the community about platform important news; create training content for the community.
