About the Role The Operational Effectiveness Manager will design, coordinate, and continuously improve syndicated market research studies within IQVIA's Global Commercial Offering team, focusing on Global Syndicated Market Research. You will serve as a key link between research design, fieldwork execution, and data delivery to ensure robustness, data quality, and scalable processes. What You'll Do
- Design and coordinate syndicated data collection processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to and challenge questionnaire design to ensure clarity and alignment with research objectives; provide input on study methodology (sampling, quotas, variable definitions); harmonize study design across markets and waves.
- Review data outputs to identify inconsistencies, biases, and risks; partner with Production to drive improvements.
