About the Role Roche is seeking an Operational Compliance Analyst responsible for assessing employee expense claim compliance against the Company's policies, procedures and external regulatory requirements. The role participates in compliance programs, documents results, and supports reporting and training to ensure timely, accurate processing and continuous improvement across affiliates. What You'll Do
- Assess compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company's Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.
- Participate in compliance programs, projects and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager/Global Lead.
- Clearly documents all compliance assessment activities in Concur during claim processing.
- Escalate issues and recommend resolution plans in a timely manner to the RSS Line Manager and Affiliate (where required).
