About this role
Operation Training Specialist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and conduct training and development of Direct Labor employees including Cross-Training, Periodic Training, BOP Review, personal development classes and other Manufacturing related training.
- Establish and coordinate Orientation/Onboarding and On-the-Job Training for new Manufacturing employees.
- Establish and manage competency framework for all new and existing Manufacturing employees according to the respective areas.
- Responsible in establishing and sustaining Certification and Re-certification process for Manufacturing employees.
- Establish approach and methodology for continuous improvement of training for Manufacturing.
