Your skills
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT- bzw. Deskside-Support
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
- Erfahrung mit Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Peripheriegeräten
- Kenntnisse in mobilen Endgeräten, Messaging- und Collaboration-Plattformen
- Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Cloud Computing und modernen IT-Technologien
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Relevante Zertifizierungen, z. B. Microsoft-, Cybersecurity-, Netzwerk- oder Herstellerzertifizierungen, sind von Vorteil
