Your skills
- Mindestens 18 Monate Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, macOS, mobilen Betriebssystemen und Microsoft 365.
- Erfahrung mit Endpoint-Management-Lösungen wie Microsoft Intune und SCCM.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ITSM-Tools sowie ITIL-Prozessen (Incident-, Request- und Change-Management).
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Your tasks
- Onsite- und Remote-Support für Endanwender im EUC-Umfeld.
- Installation, Konfiguration und Support von Laptops, Desktops und mobilen Endgeräten.
- Verwaltung von Endgeräten mit Microsoft Intune und SCCM.
