- Onsite Operations Management

Bertugas sebagai perwakilan perusahaan di lokasi pelanggan (Bank/Client).

Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional ATM berjalan sesuai SOP, SLA, dan kontrak layanan.

Melakukan monitoring terhadap operasional ATM, termasuk cash replenishment, first line maintenance (FLM), second line maintenance (SLM), dan aktivitas pendukung lainnya.

- Customer Relationship Management

Menjadi contact person utama antara pelanggan dengan tim operasional perusahaan.

Menangani pertanyaan, permintaan, dan keluhan pelanggan terkait layanan ATM.

Membangun serta menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan layanan.

- Operational Coordination
-
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Branch Operations, National Command Center (NCC), FLM, SLM, Cash Management, Vendor, dan pihak terkait lainnya.
