The Instructor, Learning Lab is a clinically experienced subject matter expert who facilitates student learning and performance assessment in on-site Clinical Learning Labs at WGU's Salt Lake City Clinical Learning & Simulation Center. This role supports nursing students through high-fidelity simulation and hands-on practice to develop essential clinical skills.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a professional role model for students in dress, communication, deportment, problem solving, care delivery and patient advocacy to facilitate their socialization into the nursing profession.
- Demonstrate understanding of and participate in implementation of the nursing program's philosophy and goals.
