About the Role Semrush seeks an Onboarding Consultant to own the first 30-60 days of the post-sale journey for enterprise customers in APAC. You’ll design and execute tailored onboarding and implementation plans aligned with customer goals, drive early value, and set the foundation for long-term success. What You'll Do
- Own the first 30-60 days onboarding for new and upgraded customers in APAC; develop tailored onboarding and implementation plans aligned with customer goals.
- Drive adoption of key features to realize value and early wins; map priorities to Semrush capabilities.
- Build relationships with stakeholders quickly during onboarding; identify new contacts for handoff to the long-term account team.
- Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding by providing strategic recommendations and best practices; adapt onboarding strategies to meet unique customer needs.
