The position serves as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, and overseas partners, delivering high-quality service and proactive communication throughout the shipment lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute all ocean export shipments from booking through final delivery
- Prepare and manage export documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations
- Arrange cargo collection and inland transportation; monitor shipment progress
- Maintain effective communication with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors
