About the Role Join CenterWell Home Health as an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You’ll help patients regain strength, mobility and independence through rehabilitation and individualized treatment plans, delivering care in patients’ homes.
What You'll Do
- Provide therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Occupational Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
- Assist in implementing vocational/education programs and activities designed to restore and enhance task performance, promote health and self-sufficiency.
- Design/adapt equipment and the patient’s home/work environment; fabricate devices to improve function and independence.
