About the Role The O2C Credit Controller will own and execute credit control activities across the end-to-end O2C process for a major automotive client. You’ll learn the end-to-end O2C process through a broad scope and work closely with teams across countries to ensure a high level of service. What You'll Do
- Manage and execute O2C credit control activities, including cash allocation and unapplied cash analysis
- Learn and contribute to the end-to-end O2C process for a major automotive client
- Maintain daily contact with the client and the client's customers across multiple countries to ensure service levels
- Support in allocating payments, analyze unapplied cash, and prepare financial reports
- Monitor accounts with payment arrears and initiate collection activity, including collection runs
