About the Role The Nursing Assistant supports patient care across Corewell Health's ICU and related units. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider, you perform basic skills per department guidelines to deliver quality patient care. This role supports post-cardiac, neuro, transplant, and critical care patients across units such as CTICU, 7MHC, Neuro Critical Care Unit, 7 South, Medical ICU, and 6 Meijer Heart Center. What You'll Do
- Act as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under supervision of an RN or Provider.
- Perform basic skills per department guidelines and communicate patient needs to the care team.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality care across multiple units within the Meijer Heart Center and Butterworth Hospital.
- Provide support in unit operations aligned with shift hours (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) on a 36-hour week.
