What You'll Do
- Observe and monitor vital signs, temperature, height/length, weight, oxygen saturation, and pain scores; report abnormal values to the RN.
- Assist with measurements (head circumference, abdominal girth) per unit standard; use palpation/auscultation and Doppler to determine heart rate and blood pressure.
