About the Role Responsible for managing and implementing NPI and PLM changes within a fast-paced Instrument Operations team, focusing on processes, standard work, data integrity, compliance, system administration, NPI planning and scheduling, and operations support. This on-site role serves as the primary communication and process development owner between sites representing activities in Penang, Malaysia, and sits within Cepheid’s Global Instrument Operations and Global Supply Chain organization under Pall/Danaher. What You'll Do
- Manage NPI and Sustaining qualification activity; develop processes to schedule, align material supply needs, and schedule priority within Instrument Operations to ensure committed deliverables.
- Lead product lifecycle changes related to ECO management, including change plans, change requests, and policy compliance.
