職務内容/Main Tasks ご経験・適性を鑑みて、以下いずれかをご担当いただきます。デザイナーとの連携から仕様策定、自ら手を動かし設計を行うなど車体開発の面白みを実感できる業務です。 ・車体部品の設計(アッパーボディ領域)車種・パーツ別に担当を持ち、車体骨格構造の部品設計をご担当いただきます。要件定義や仕様策定（形状・性能・コスト）、部品設計、簡易CAE解析まで一貫して担当いただきます。また、ガラスやサンルーフ、繊維材、樹脂などのサプライヤーとの部品開発もテーマに応じてご担当いただきます。 ・アッパーボディ関連先行開発業務将来の次期型EV車種に向けた、新たな車体構造やメカトロ機構の搭載、アルミやカーボンなど新材料の適用など、社内関連部署だけでなくサプライヤーとの共同開発含め、魅力ある先行技術開発をご担当いただきます。また、先行開発テーマを車両適用開発に反映させる際にも開発者が一貫して携わります。
