We are hiring a Localization Project Manager to coordinate localization projects end-to-end and act as the liaison between clients and freelance translators/interpreters, working night shift hours to cover USA time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage localization projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and client quotes
- Use Plunet for time tracking and project management
- Manage freelancer relationships and negotiate deadlines and rates
- Perform quality checks and ensure project standards are met
Requirements
- Experience in project management, business administration, or customer service
- Knowledge of CAT tools such as Smartcat, MemoQ, and Trados
- Advanced English proficiency (Native or C1)
- Fluency in a foreign language
- Ability to work USA night shift hours
