In this role you will: Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports. Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information. Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
