About the Role The Next Generation Hardware Supply Chain Platform Manager serves as the primary operations interface to key internal partners including Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, and Customer Care. This role owns the operational strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transition from early development through launch, scale, and sustained production. The position is part of Cepheid's Instrument Operations Platform and Planning team and is based on-site in Sunnyvale, CA. What You'll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of next generation hardware platforms—from concept and development through pilot builds, commercialization, volume production, and post-launch optimization.
- Lead the Instrument Operations sub-teams and serve as Operations Project Lead on cross-functional core teams.
