About the Role The Patient Coordinator will be central to the success of the Prospera product line. This role focuses on growing the relationship between Natera and its patients to ensure timely management of testing. The Patient Coordinator acts as the patient advocate within Natera and collaborates with Nurse Coordinators to support existing customers and contribute to market development through direct sales. - Work with the assigned Nurse Coordinator to maintain and support existing customers.
- Assess patient needs with a focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
- Maintain and support a service-oriented approach to patient care.
