About this role
About the Role The Neurodiagnostic Assistant supports EEG Lab operations by preparing patients and equipment for EEG monitoring and recording brain activity. You will work with EEG Technologists, EEG Technicians and Neurodiagnostic Assistants to ensure accurate data collection to aid physicians in diagnosing brain activity and abnormalities. This is a full-time, night-shift role based at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, designed to be flexible to meet department needs. What You'll Do
- Set up patients with appropriate EEG equipment and ensure readiness for monitoring.
- Assist with monitoring and recording brain activity during EEG sessions to support physicians' diagnoses.
- Collaborate with EEG Technologists, Technicians and Neurodiagnostic Assistants across Butterworth Hospital and affiliated facilities.
