About the Role Natural Resource Account Executive is responsible for servicing the allocated client base within WTW's natural resources practice in Johannesburg, driving cross-selling opportunities, and developing new revenue with clients, while supporting the Business Unit's growth and target attainment. The role involves owning the end-to-end client service lifecycle, managing governance and risk, and leveraging CRM data to optimise revenue. What You'll Do
- Service the allocated client base and identify cross-selling opportunities, developing revenue with existing and new clients.
- Actively support and develop the Business Unit to deliver growth and achieve agreed targets.
- Drive the sales process to win, retain and develop profitable clients.
- Develop and maintain the pipeline for the BU, covering existing clients and new business.
