About this role
Summary
Under the direction of Finishing Department Manager and Finishing Leads that Napping Operators add a napped appearance to the material by running it through a napper line. Operators are required to follow all SOPs and procedures and alert the team when something is out of spec.

- Follow all safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement – Help eliminate waste from the process in all its forms to improve Safety; Quality, Cost (raw material usage, labor, energy) and machine overall efficiency (downtime analysis).
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; monitor processing variables; observing control points.
