About the Role KPIX-TV is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Journalist (MSJ) to join our team. This role focuses on community storytelling across broadcast and digital platforms, requiring creative storytelling, strong writing, and the ability to produce shareable content for on-air and online audiences. What You'll Do
- Develop story ideas, write, shoot, and edit news content for on-air daily newscasts.
- Pitch vetted stories reflective of the community.
- Establish and maintain relationships with sources in the community.
- Produce content for Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license required.
