About the Role MRO Supervisor at our Rome, Georgia manufacturing facility, leading storeroom and MRO inventory operations to ensure spare parts and materials are available to keep equipment running safely and reliably. This on-site role partners with Maintenance, Planning and Operations to drive continuous improvement, plant reliability, and cost performance. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, inventory accuracy, safety stock levels, cycle counts, and third‑party storeroom performance.
- Maintain and optimize SAP master data including part descriptions, lead times, criticality, and inventory parameters.
- Manage indirect material purchasing, create and release purchase requisitions, and track deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels.
