- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using Montessori principles and materials.
- Foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of pupils.
- Create and maintain a prepared classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support each child's development.
