Responsibilities
- The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those responsibilities and essential job functions associated with roles in assembly, molding, shipping, receiving, and new product development. Safely install/set molds and remove them from the molding machines. Complete required mold activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices. Load and position tools into presses and perform changeovers Complete mold changes maintaining SMED practices to reduce changeover time. Organize and prioritize in order to meet goals Change molds per schedule in a timely manner to reduce downtime and keep production running. Operate the forklift to move and set molds inside the press.
