About the Role The Mold Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of pen molds to ensure optimal production performance and product quality. This role works closely with engineering teams to minimize downtime, drive process improvements, and ensure mold reliability in line with safety and operational standards. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pen molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Carry out mold assembly and disassembly for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
- Conduct troubleshooting of mold-related production issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor mold performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all mold activities.
