About the Role The Modernisation Sales Engineer identifies, develops and secures HVAC retrofit, upgrade and lifecycle modernisation opportunities across existing commercial and industrial buildings in the Sydney metropolitan market. The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services, with the ability to engage owners, facility managers, consultants and contractors to develop technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. What You'll Do
- Identify and develop HVAC retrofit, modernisation, and lifecycle upgrade opportunities across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, facility managers, asset owners, and mechanical contractors.
