About the Role
As a CBRE Mobile Building Engineer, you will support several facilities in the Pittsburgh, PA area, performing repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and related requests. This role requires travel within the Pittsburgh area and living within a designated radius to reliably cover shifts.
What You'll Do
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to standard.
- Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies/tools.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
- Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing to ensure equipment operates within design specs and environmental conditions.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
