Job Summary

The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages while maintaining the hotel's standards for consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and a genuine passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistency in cocktail taste, measurements, presentation, garnish, and glassware.
