We are seeking to strengthen our procurement team with an Accounts Payable / Invoice Verification Clerk (m/f/d) part-time. The role focuses on supporting the ongoing financial accounting and ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices within Yara's finance organization.
What You'll Do
- Operational involvement in ongoing financial accounting (debtors, creditors, assets accounting)
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Booking of VAT advance returns
- Support budgeting and monitoring
- Ensure correct and timely posting of incoming invoices, credit notes and other documents
- Ensure compliance with discount terms and payment deadlines
- Review incoming invoices including obtaining service confirmations
- Clarify allocation and/or account assignment issues on invoices
