About the Role Mind & Memory Care Director at Leominster Crossings is responsible for all components of the memory care environment, including recruitment and training of program and care associates, scheduling, support, and management. The role develops, coordinates, and implements care and services for residents with cognitive impairment and drives innovative processes to enhance the memory care experience for residents, families, and staff. The program’s goal is to support each resident’s highest level of physical, social, and psychological well-being. What You'll Do
- Provide supervision, coaching, recognition, engagement and performance evaluations on all Harbor Resident Care Associates.
- Maintain an engaging, homelike environment with opportunities for residents to touch, collect, or enjoy items.
